Satisfaction at Completion
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we created a Hot Tub Satisfaction Plan. If you are not satisfied with your spa within 30 days of installation, you may exchange your spa for any floor model and pay only the difference in purchase price plus a 10% restocking fee.
